HART/Beat Advance aims to connect with those who intend to discover more about learning, humanity and cross-industry professional exchanges through in-depth exploration on the subject matter. Our community is composed of members with very diverse backgrounds and we aim to create experiences that maximise the potential of an open-minded exchange. This course welcomes those who attended previous HART|Beat sessions or those interested parties who may already be professionals in the field.
This course consists of three classes:
April 16 ADVANCE I - Discoveries on talents identification and grooming
April 23 ADVANCE II - Discoveries on art appreciation, critiques and taste-building
April 30 ADVANCE III - Discoveries on art education and interpretation
Besides classroom sharing, participating learners will get involved in frequent exchanges before and during the course period, throughout our discoveries, we will kick-start a mini-project in groups and to make fun reportings or presentations at the wrap up session.

有質量的體驗與學習跟心態息息相關，空間和模式反而是其次。要令分享和互動有效果，一個有連續性而貫穿整個過程的作業、以及你的投入，至為重要，所以我們會在大家第一次見面前，已讓大家連繫、進行協作和共同發掘，讓討論更豐富有趣。
Course Content 課程內容
April 16 ADVANCE I - Discoveries on talents identification and grooming
By talents-identification, it is all about the sharpening of one’s sensitivities and taste building. If you learn the way to identify talents, it somehow means that you also master the way to train yourself in becoming one. Through this discovery, we will share with you on how we select and support Hausians, and we will also listen to your findings made with your groupmates to plan/ design our experiences for our next encounter.
April 23 ADVANCE II - Discoveries on art appreciation, critiques and taste-building
Simply, to share with you on art appreciation, critiques and taste-building. Beyond case-studies, we will learn from each other on the journey designed collectively among ourselves (*framework and guidelines will be given ahead of time).
April 30 ADVANCE III - Discoveries on art education and interpretation
Let’s explore the subject matter in a refreshing perspective in this wrap up class. HART will take this opportunity to present you the insights and experiences that we gained from recent signature events - the exhibition Household Gods and the Showcase #ew Normal? at HART Haus the studio.
4月16日 進階 I：潛能潛力及人才發掘
敏感度及品味的提昇是發掘或提拔人才的關鍵。是甚麼樣的敏感？講及品味提昇，是否有客觀實在評估機制的呢？做到某程度上的眼光獨到，代表了管理員的自身才能鍛鍊。我們希望藉着分享匯舍社群的人才選拔和持續凝聚藝術家的經驗，同時聽取各學員的見解，開展對話，更豐富另外兩個環節的互動。
4月23日 進階 II：藝術欣賞、評論與建立品味的探索
我們不單從項目案例中學習，還會從HART團隊引導學員各自準備的分享中（*會提供範圍和指導作資料搜集），發掘藝文界別裡種種賞析、評論和品味提昇，從討論中探究更多的可能性，開闊眼界。
4月30日 進階 III：藝術文化及創意產業裡的詮釋、教育和演繹
總結的一課，用深入而新鮮的角度去領略藝術、人生、管理三大範疇，對個人來說究竟蘊含怎麼樣的真諦。HART從上年舉辦的展覽《駐家寧神》和匯舍展示《#ew Normal?》的團隊成員和伙伴身上，洞悉到很多獨到的見解、專業和經驗，是很好的借鏡。

Medium of Instruction 語言
All classes will be conducted mainly in Cantonese. However, we will conduct the classes in English if there is one or more English-speakers participating.
本課程主要以廣東話教授交流，但若有一位或以上參加者只能夠以英語溝通，該節課將以英文進行。
