Situated near Kennedy Town MTR and the University of Hong Kong, our space provides convenient accessibility to the community, our exhibition space serves as a versatile platform for artists, curators, and creators to showcase their talents and engage with the community. We welcome exhibition proposals from both local and international artists and collectives.

我們歡迎本地及國際藝術家與藝術團體提交展覽提案。

Proposals should include but not limited to an exhibition concept, artist statement, CV/portfolio, images of existing or proposed works, and any technical or spatial requirements.

提案應包括但不限於展覽概念、藝術家簡介、履歷／作品集、現有或建議作品的圖片，以及任何技術或空間需求。

Solo and group exhibitions are both eligible. For group proposals, the lead applicant should clearly list all participating artists and roles.

個人展覽與群體展覽均可申請。如為群體展覽，主要申請人應清楚列出所有參與藝術家及各自角色。

Basic promotional support (such as website listing and selected social media coverage) will be provided by HART HAUS. Artists are encouraged to actively promote the exhibition through their own networks and channels。

HART HAUS 將提供基本宣傳支援（例如網站介紹及部分社交媒體曝光），並鼓勵藝術家積極透過自身網絡及渠道推廣展覽。

Overseas artists are responsible for arranging and securing their own travel documents and visas for the exhibition period.

海外藝術家須自行安排及確保展覽期間所需的旅行證件及簽證。

Successful applicants are required to pay a subsidized space fee and comply with all venue rental guidelines, including arranging valid Public Liability insurance covering installation, exhibition, and de-installation.

獲選申請人須支付減免後的場地租金，並遵守所有場地租賃指引，包括安排覆蓋佈展、展覽及拆卸過程的有效公共責任保險。

Artists are responsible for artwork production, packing, transportation, installation, and de-installation, in coordination with our team’s schedule and venue access arrangements.

藝術家須負責藝術作品的製作、包裝、運輸、佈展及拆卸，並配合本場地團隊的時間表及場地使用安排。

Any special equipment or set-up (e.g. sound, video, projections, specialized lighting, interactive elements) must be clearly indicated in the proposal and is subject to technical feasibility and prior approval.

任何特殊設備或佈置（例如音效、錄像、投影、特製燈光、互動元素等）必須在提案中明確說明，並須符合技術可行性及事先批准。

Applicants are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licences required for their exhibition, including but not limited to the Temporary Places of Public Entertainment Licence, where applicable.

申請者須自行申請及取得所有與展覽相關的必要許可及牌照，包括但不限於《臨時公眾娛樂場所牌照》（如適用）。

Exhibitions must comply with venue safety standards, building management regulations, and all applicable laws; the organizer reserves the right to request adjustments for safety or operational reasons.

展覽須遵守場地安全標準、大廈管理規例及所有適用法例；主辦方保留因安全或運作理由要求調整內容的權利。

The exhibition programme is primarily non-commercial in nature due to the nature of the land use; any sales-related arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance with the HART HAUS team.

基於用地性質，展覽以非商業性質為主；如涉及任何銷售安排，須事先與 HART HAUS 團隊協商並取得批准。

By applying, artists confirm they hold the necessary rights to present the proposed works and that the works do not infringe third-party intellectual property.

申請藝術家須確認已持有展示相關作品的必要權利，且作品不侵犯第三方知識產權。
