Independent Curator, Production Consultant
Zoie Yung is a Hong Kong–based independent contemporary art curator and production consultant. She holds a joint honors degree in Anthropology and Media from Goldsmiths, University of London, and recently completed an MA in Museum Studies at the University of Leicester, supported by the Arts Administration Scholarship from the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. Her postgraduate research focuses on the compatibility between M+’s contemporary visual culture and curatorial interpretation in contemporary art.
Zoie has over a decade of experience in both international and local art management and curatorial practice. Her most recent curation is the Creative Programme at Art Central 2026. Her commissioned projects for the fair explored the possibilities of offline presentation for new media art. She is currently researching the intertextuality between contemporary Hong Kong pop imagery and new media. Beyond her curatorial practice, she draws on extensive on-site execution experience to provide large-scale installation and exhibition production consulting for artists, institutions, and commercial entities, specializing in translating conceptual visions into feasible, high-impact technical solutions.
