  1. This workshop is hosted by HART Collective Limited (Organiser) and Aroma Office Limited (Community Partner). All personal data entered on the registration page will be sent to the Organiser.

  2. Registration will close once the event is full.

  3. HART Collective Limited will contact and confirm registration with participants by phone or email soonest possible after receiving the registration form.

  4. If the programme requires participation fees/ deposit, participants must complete the payment in full within five business days after submitting the registration. If the payment is not completed within the time limit, the registration is considered to be cancelled automatically. Submission time and date are based on the time and date of receipt by the server of the Organiser.

  5. The Organiser reserves the right to add or withdraw or substitute and/or vary advertised programmes.

  6. If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather or other unforeseen condition, or the participants are not showing up in the event due to any personal reasons, event fees will not be refunded. 

  7. The Organiser, marketing partner(s) or any relevant person(s) or party of this workshop is not liable for any loss or damage (indirect or causing loss) or personal injury or death caused by the participants’ participation in this event.

  8. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, amend or change the Terms and Conditions and the arrangements for this event, and may cancel or terminate the event at any time without notice and the Organiser shall not bear any responsibility or liability.

  9. Participants must provide their real name, email address and phone number. If the submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration.

  10. With the participants’ consent, the Organiser, Co-Organiser, and related partner(s) may use personal data of participants provided for direct marketing purposes. Participants may, at any time, opt-out from receiving further direct marketing communications in writing. Please refer to our Personal Information Collection Statement for further details.

  11. HART Collective Limited may use photographs and/or videos of participants taken in this event for the purpose of records, reports, promotions, exhibitions and education. If participants do not wish to grant permission of such use, they need to notify HART Collective prior to event date by email at atelier@thehart.com.hk.

  12. Participant quotas cannot be transferred.

  13. In case of dispute, the decision of HART Collective Limited shall be final and binding.
